It's Europe only but I want my car as authentic as possible so I ordered the following:

IND Distribution: Painted Front Reflectors (Mineral Grey)

IND Distribution: Painted Front Fender Trim (Mineral Grey)

ECS Tuning: M-Sport Fender Emblem

This emulates the front quarter of the car everywhere in the world except North America.

I thought you'd like it sir

We don't get those in the US and it's odd really.

Supposedly Europeans de-badge and don't like the things and Americans keep the badges on and like them. So why BMW forces a delete in Europe and doesn't provide them in the US is a mystery.

That said, I think they look good and I'm happy I added them. About 80% of all 4 Series in the world have line badges above the Bimmerang, now we Americans fight back.

If you're interested I have photos of their exact positioning courtesy of another forum member. I gave them to my local BMW body shop, they had them on perfectly in 15 minutes, cost $30.

Thank you USC, very much appreciate the kind words. I am a grey exterior guy, so I have to switch up the interior to keep it interesting every 36 months. Very glad I gave Coral Red a try, hadn't seen it in person on a Mineral Grey 3 or 4 Series before.

I'll PM them as well, thought someone here might be interested. Again, these are courtesy of a forum member who took the time to whip out a ruler and take some photos.

I also added the European light switch on my 435. It adds the rear fog lights and it the swap only took 10 minutes, plus some coding.

Curious, what is purpose of rear fog lights? Do you turn them on so other drivers can better see your car from behind? Please excuse me if thats a dumb question...living on the west coast we dont have weather so we are oblivious.

That being said, I would like to learn more about this mod. Can you please provide more info on what part # is needed, what kind of wiring, and coding?

Stunning car. Love the colour with the red seats.

Why is it sitting so high- is that an x-drive?

The rear fogs alert others drivers following during inclement weather when ordinary tail lights don't provide adequate illumination. I think I've used them once, but it's an added safety feature. I got the switch from ECS Tuning:
http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/Site...299/ES2771030/

The mod is plug and play.

Here is the coding to activate the rear fogs:

FEM_BODY 3060 NSL_Verbaut Verbaut (new value) Nitch Verbaut (default value) Activate Rear Fog Lamp Switch - Part 1

REM 3063 Mapping_Nebelschlussl_L_output nsl_l (new value) off (default value) Activate Rear-Left Fog Lamp - Part 2

REM 3063 Mapping_Nebelschlussl_L_Function nebelschlusslicht (new value) nebelschlusslicht (default value) Activate Rear-Left Fog Lamp - Part 3

REM 3063 Mapping_Nebelschlussl_R_output nsl_r (new value) off (default value) Activate Rear-Right Fog Lamp - Part 4

REM 3063 Mapping_Nebelschlussl_R_Function nebelschlusslicht (new value) nebelschlusslicht (default value) Activate Rear-Right Fog Lamp - Part 5

I didn't have to do part 3 and 5 on my 435.

Thank you...so literally you just re-install the connector in the back? No additional wiring?
