Ill have to check the serial number but yes its the newer downpipe with the 4" outlet to suit EWG cars.

Pics attached - its definately the newer 4.0" pipe to suit EWG N55 cars - my car is a 2015 335.

I had a tune (JB4) but sold that a while back and ran a further 2000kms without a CEL being triggered - i expect eventually you would get a CEL

Not sure what you mean about serial number ending in E6 - have had 2 of these on different cars (1 ordered only 3 months ago for a friend and still didnt end in E6?)
