245/40R19 & 275/35R19, too big??

Installing on 19X8.5 and 19x9.5, width is good but I would like a little more sidewall for comfort on new england roads. Anyone running this size?

That rear tire is a bit tall for the F30. 265/35-19 could be used, but would likely require a fender roll and negative camber.

What are the offsets of your 19" wheels front and rear?

Front
19x8.5 ET32, 245/40R19

Rear
19x9.5 ET40, 275/35R19

I?ve checked the width clearance compared to my stock 403 rims with 12mm front and 15mm rear spacers. I?m confident width of new setup is fine but unsure what diameter increase may do up front when turning.

Try 255/35/19 and 275/30/19.

I have 19x8.5 ET35 245/40/19 front 19x10 ET44 275/35/19 rear and I got those sizes for the same reason as you. I wanted more comfort and protection with the taller rubber for the horrible NYC roads.

Rears are perfectly fine I have no issues at all. Fronts do rub slightly on full lock but other than that no issues. Pretty happy with this setup as it lowers the massive wheel gap on xDrive.

Is there a square setup you would go for? I'm in New England looking for the same things

for 328ix square:

do 245/40/19(26.7") most beefy, fix speedo error, however the outer shoulder may rub fenderwell liner at full lock depending on offset, ride height, tire brand/model

or 255/35/19(26"), oem rear size all around(square)

or 235/40/19(26.4"), slightly taller than oem, a bit narrow on treadwidth. somewhat fix oem speedo error.

Good to hear, do you know where the fronts rub?

Got a pic? Do the tires poke at all or are they flush with body?

265/35r19 is a perfect rear size and does not need a fender roll.
