This MF ratio comes out to the very low 3% in Lease APR. Just wondering if this is the norm for leases these days or if you have a gold credit score to get that?

Going through the lease calculators, I see that the MF can have a big influence on monthly payments.

I've never leased a car before and totally new to this but I'm seriously contemplating on leasing a F31 so I've just been looking around and doing a bit of research.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe this is the base rate if you have good credit. You can reduce it further if you put in multiple security deposits.

Correct. You can reduce it to .00081 with 7 MSDs which comes out to a 1.94% APR.

Thanks but what does "good credit" entail? 700-750, 750-800, 800+?

Not sure the exact number hopefully someone will chime in. What I do know is BMW is either credit good enough or its not, there isn't "Tiers" of programs based on credit like other companies.

I didn't qualify but if is a good deal I will get a co-borrower.
