anyone have issues with BMW live this week, mine was not loading properly then in connected services it all of it disappeared live, internet everything.

The internet is working as all my apps Rhapsody etc works its just Connected Services that has gone missing, the car came ordered with CS....

So its not just me - if you do a Options > Update BMW Services what does it do?

sorry for late reply. mine is working fine now. not done anything or changed anything i think the servers bmw side last week went kaput

Same here in italy. Bmw Italy told me the service will be unavailable till april (as they were told from munchen).

So that's it they just turn it off and "it's back in April" I paid for this....

Exact same thing happened with me. I went to load Internet and it didn't connect, so I left the menu and came back and both my BMW Live and Internet options disappeared from the ConnectedDrive menu.

These services also came with the car but I had to Options > Update Services to get them to show at first.

Now when I do the same update, the connection (from BMW server side it seems) drops somewhere halfway through but I still get the "Data transfer completed" message. When I check, the options are still missing.

Given that the connection drops halfway through, I sense that there is something going on from their end.

Also, try the latest software update from BMW.com/update.

Thanks for the feedback, I think there is something wrong and they doing something in the back round. Hopefully its a good update. I wonder when its going to pop back?
