N55 Downpipe Install guide?

I'm in search of a DIY guide for a downpipe install on an N55 (non-xdrive). Does such a guide exist?

Only thing I would add, which I'm not sure if it is in the 2addicts thread, is the part numbers for the turbo to DP gasket/clamp and the single use crush gasket that connects the DP to the midpipe. See here for the proper reference numbers: http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1075544

I know it is x drive related, but the part numbers for gaskets and such should be the same.

I actually ordered new gaskets and had them ready to go when I installed my DP, but it was more of a pain to get the old one out. It was still in great shape so I reused it and all is well.

True that, actually the only thing I didn't replace was the old gasket at the turbo side, still had a good seal.

I find it easier to drop the entire exhaust system and then connect the DP to the midpipe section. That way you can double check all around that there won't be any exhaust leaks. I then snug up all the clamps but leave them loose enough that I can rotate the DP to align everything before tightening all the way.
