This should be 1 hour of labor + alignment.

I did it with a friend, two jacks and about 45 minutes and another 45 minutes to do a string box alignment because I was changing my car every run to find something decent. The key was to remove all of the rear toe and run 1/16th of toe-out in the front.
Ok. Very skilled. I've never messed with springs on a german car. I have on my old ek civic. Too afraid to mess with the F30. As for alignment goes, I have no clue how to do. Take it all to a shop. Just want to know a reasonable price for install.

Most mechanics would quote this at 1.5-2 hrs, so lets say $120-$160 for the work and then 100-150 for the alignment is reasonable. there honestly isn't much to adjust in the alignment so it should be less. it's not far off of the EK civic actually :P e46 spring diy's are plentiful and cover this more or less except the huge torx bit.

For a $150 bucks... I rather let a pro do it. I rather save myself the trouble. Haha

LOL Springs not going to hurt your Warranty, just dont mess with the exhaust or mod the motor, other than that you will be okay. I did a muffler delete on my F30 335i and apparently that caused my turbo to over boost and blow lol. So my warranty was thrown out the window, and costed me $5,100 to get it fixed lol. Just got off the phone with BMW and my car should be ready the middle of this month. I've never heard of the exhaust blowing the turbo but thats what they told me. So i paid the money lol

yikes that sucks to hear. But then if my shocks go bad they would blame it on the aftermarket springs. lol

Any legitimate BMW dealer that tries to rob an owner of their warranty because of a "normal" mod like lowering springs needs to be put out of business, Im just sayin.. Lower that ride
