Brake upgrade

Hi there first post on here, I’m looking to upgrade my brakes from the m sport discs and pads and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on good solid brakes both cosmetically and use. The car is also x drive.

Have you looked at the OEM BMW M Performance Brake Kit?

Welcome to the forums; there's a dedicated UK section here FYI: https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/fo...412&order=desc

Re your brakes; which do you have fitted (are they the blue Brembo calipers or just standard calipers)?

ATE, Jurid, Textar and TRW are all OEM

For blank discs & pads; I'd highly recommend the ATE discs and Ceramic pads via Autodoc (takes c10 days for them to arrive): www.autodoc.co.uk

If you want OEM BMW then see what deals are on eBay via UK BMW dealers and try Cotswolds BMW for a quote as well (they sponsor a lot of forums so offer a good discount)

Part numbers on www.realoem.com

IMO avoid anything from the likes of Mtec, EBC pads (their discs seem to be fine, but I've found their pads to be crap) and eBay cheap crap...
