They do not have surround camera's.

Yes, you can retrofit this! All parts of the mirrors are for sale separately by BMW. Taking the mirror appart is also very easy to do.

I don't suppose you know if they will fit a uk car without causing too may issues do you?

Also can the lane change thing be coded?

I contacted BMW today and they fit a UK car without any problem!

You don't need any other hardware. The pin for lane change warning on the mirror just won't be used. Plug and play for you!
