You need to import the video into iTunes. I'm assuming you have iTunes.

Then you need to upload the video file to a website like Photobucket.com. Photobucket offers a limited free account.

Then post the link.

DME - Digital Motor Electronics, otherwise known as your engine's main computer. You're OK as is and won't need the DME upgrade, as that cutoff I believe is 11/2012. I would not think your version is back ordered - I got mine from getbmwparts.com and it took a few days for them to get it in from BMW NA, unlike when a DME is required and has to come from Germany. Shop around and you may be able to find a great deal like I did and only wait 5 days or so.

Well, you certainly have the right color seats!

Very nice touch with the black paint on the rockers...I think you might just leave things as-is and save the decals for a rainy day.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I just ordered and it should be in in a few days due to my car not needing the DME. I got it for $935....

WOW, just got off the phone with my SA to schedule the install for my PPK, first available loaner is April 30th, first available appointment without a loaner is April 15th. Apparently they are slammed with some battery cable recall for the E90?

I booked an appointment for the 15th with no loaner, so no PPK for me until next week. Hopefully the weather is nice and I can ride my motorcycle that day.

Probably but you can remove the downpipe and the intake before a warranty service. Its a lot of work but it can be done. Just curious to see what kind of power the 335i would produce w/ mppk, downpipe and intake.

Along the same line of thought I was thinking about stacking a piggyback tune like a JB stage 1. Seems like it would only reduce the risk of engine/transmission damage as the BMW PPK will tune the car to better handle higher loads and heat, remap valve timing, alter fuel pressure, shift points, etc.

Warranty discussions aside -- there are plenty of these everywhere on these boards-- I think if you are going to bolt on stuff anyway, the PPK would only reduce the risk and I see no logical reason why it should be one or the other.

PPK + other mods should probably be a thread of its own as we are starting to thread jack this one though.

Thanks man. Actually those are decals (M Performance decals) on the rocker panels.

Unbeknownst to me, they were installed at the port in conjunction with the package that includes the M Performance Black Grilles and Exhaust.

So when my car finally arrived from the port, I was surprised to see that the car had the decals. In person, they do a nice job of providing some contrast with Glacier Silver and highlighting the slightly more aggressive lines on the M Sport Line's side skirts without being "ricey" or over the top.

That's interesting...I also have that package, but they did not put those decals on. When did you order your car? I ordered mine on 12/15/12 and they managed to grab an "allocation" slot and get that package included. I kinda wish they'd done that for me too. Maybe they hid them in the trunk?

I just got the update for my power display - 320 hp / 320 tq without ppk and i just did a pull and got 315 hp and 280 tq. There must be a glitch somewhere...

From getbmwparts.com? Should be $910 for the PPK without the DME, using the "Spring Thaw Sale" discount...they extended the sale through April. You have to enter the coupon code at checkout. I got my DME PPK for $985.

I took delivery of my car at the end of this past March so the package was installed at the port at around that time.
