As it should in my opinion. Why is it that magically once their dirty laundry is aired out in a public forum, do refunds start appearing? If, as they claim, this was a supplier issue why was the customer not kept in the loop? That is a customer service issue.

btw, I was working with this one Canadian girl (may have been a transplant from the US, not sure), but she was absolutely convinced "y'all" was a proper word. If I recall correctly, she also thought "youse" was proper as well. It was equal parts amusing and yet sad at the same time.

Y'all is a word. Somewhat confusingly, it is actually singular. "All y'all" is the plural.
