Can BMS Tuner be Sold After Use? Or is it Car Specific?

I am looking to purchase a BMS Tuner for my 328i. If I do not like it, can someone else use it on their car if I sold it to them?

When I had a Mustang, I believe the tunes were specific to that single Mustang. Basically, you could flash the ECU only for your vehicle. And you could not do it on another vehicle.

the BMS tune can be transferred to other 328's ONLY...i purchased mine second hand...works with no issues.

Yes it can be sold but tthere is no support for the other second hand user.

it'll work on any F30 328 or 320i engine.

I think there's a slight difference if you're running an N20 or an N26? I remember Terry (owner of BMS) specifically asking me if I had an N20 or an N26.
