PLEASE was this lease deal good?!

This is my first time leasing. I did the numbers and it seemed more logical than purchasing. Please Rate this lease deal!

2014 328i Alpine White
M-Sport Package
Lighting Package $900.00
Moonroof $1050
Destination and Handling $925.00
MSRP $43,675

Though all the options are nice and cool, I had a Lexus which was fully loaded and didn't end up using most of it.

Selling Price $36,700.00

Adjusted Cap. Cost $36,334.32
Residual Value $25528.00
Depreciation amount $10,806.32
Total Rent Charge $2,249.44
Total of base monthly payments $13,055.76

Lease Term 36 months 12,000 miles/yr
Monthly Payments $391.67 including tax
7 MSD refundable total $2,800
Drive off $4,500.00

Thanks!!!

Looks like a solid deal, I would add the nav as an option ur payments would be about 400 flat. Many regret not addin the Nav

But over all this a good deal

I have almost the same options as u on order along with the nav and drive assist pk and I'm going to pay 406/ month msds and taxes upfront
