How's this lease look for a 528?

Hi guys, I went over to F10land but no one seemed to be home so I decided to post here since there is a lot more activity. Got a quote for a 2015 528xi today and here are the numbers:

MSRP: 57700
Gross Cap Cost: 55680
Term: 36 months
MF: 155
Residual: 62%
Miles/year: 10000
Down/Due on delivery: 4250 (3300 down)
Payment: 660

OR

MSRP: 57700
Gross Cap Cost: 55680
Term: 36 months
MF: 155
Residual: 62%
Miles/year: 10000
Down/Due on delivery: 1800 (0 down)
Payment: 730

Also can dealers get year old models (2014) from other dealers and still give a discount? Another dealer in town has a 2014 in the same specs that I would be open to getting, but have been loyal to this dealer. Thanks folks

I wouldn't put money down on a lease. Also, that MF seems high. Also, I think they can come down on the negotiated price.

Dealers can dealer trade dealer to dealer if the two dealer agree to do so. Sometimes its a easy process sometimes a dealer doesn't want to trade what they have to another dealer. Your MF looks a little steep.

If you want the car that is on another dealers lot just ask your salesman if they could dealer trade for that unit. I would imagine they would make the effort if they knew for sure you would buy the unit.

Good luck, If you would like a comparison quote you can shoot David a buzz at bmwdavid@icloud.com

Thanks for the replies. Gonna call in when my advisor gets in. Competitior dealer has a '14 528 and '14 535 in stock with the specs I want. Hopefully they can get it and give a good sale price. Anyone know what % off is good for a year old model? 10-12%?

With the '15s out for a while now, certainly no less than 10-12%. I'd probably be looking for more like 15%. Best advice is typically to work up from the approximate invoice though, on a car that has presumably been on their lot for a while now, they should be looking to get it off their books.
