What kind of deal do you guys think I could get on this car

Ok so I found a car at a US dealer that I want to lease and was wondering how much you think I could get it for considering the following:

2014 335i xDrive
M Sport Package
Premium Package
Dynamic Handling Package
Technology Package
Cold Weather Package
Driver Assistance Package

It is listed as 56,500 MSRP

I have 1,000 coupon from un4gettable event
How much would it be for Innovations Credit? $2,000?
I also will be trading in a car probably worth around 1,500

PLUS my spouse is currently leasing a BMW under their name and has leased a BMW before that as well, so would there be any loyalty cash?

I am really hoping I could get a payment of $500/month INCLUDING taxes for 36 months/10,000 miles/yr WITH NO DOWN PAYMENT, just fees and first months

Is that doable, especially considering it is a 2014 model and also I have leased before in my family and currently have a lease?

A lease payment isn't a quick computation based only on MSRP.

Given it's a 2014, it should be deeply discounted. All credits should be listed online or at your dealership. I'm not sure if your spouse owning a BMW will qualify you for the credit.

The lease payment will depend on state tax, residual value, money factor and any incentives in play.
