Is it reasonable asking for 7% off the MSRP and then in addition whatever incentives are available like maybe $1,000 credit on top of the 7%?

Sure. All they can say is no. I got 6.5% off a 2015 335 xDrive without too much hassle.

But is that 6.5% including no incentives? And then additional incentives on top of it?

It should be reasonable including other incentives. I negotiated a total of 9% off MSRP including $1000 for USAA discount and $750 for Innovations Credit for a custom ordered 2015 435i xDrive M sport.

That's a great deal. Hope I can do something similar.
