Few questions

As far as I know, downpipes are the overall the same, only difference is quality.

Which downpipe would you guys recommend I buy?

Also, i have an AEM kit, would you guys recommend I buy a different meth kit? Or just run this one?

Thanks

If you are going catless I would say ER is a good choice for the price.

ER is good but for an even better price with same performance gains, VRSF is another good option.

Not too much but they may very slightly vary. Obviously the tone will be louder with a catless vs a sport cat down pipe.

But yes you can check out the usual suspects

ER
VRSF
CH
Challenge-its what I run, the fit is perfect
Fab Speed

Just stay away from the ebay crap and cheap Chinese stuff. I think VRSF is made in China, but I may be wrong, but I have heard very good things about the product.

Sounds good. I'm just new to this platform, so I'm not familiar with the brands. But I'm just worried that since it's almost a $200 difference that the VRSF might not sound as good or be made as well.

I honestly doubt you're really going to be able to tell that much of a sound difference. I mean you definitely won't get ER quality but it will do the job.

I mean shop around, search the classifieds smetimes they have great deals on some used ones. Nothing wrong with used.

I bought my challenge catted sport DP on here from a member here for $350 bucks shipped. And to boot it was new never used.

Consider challenge too, there super decent quality and made here in Chicago USA.

Look up Wagner, they make DP's for our cars too.

Couldn't tell you since I have not heard them side by side. No issues with fitment on VRSF and they have a 100% guarantee on this.

For the value, it's a no brainer being almost half the cost as competitors with the same gains.

Most popular are
Wagner
VRSF
ER

All three have spot on fitment + lifetime warranty

VRSF is offered in standard ceramic coated finish

Wagner and ER are thicker in the middle of the pipe
VRSF keep a uniform shape

Wagner Made in Germany
ER made in the US

You can't go wrong with either brand ... Once installed all three will give you same performance gains and very similar sound

Here are pictures for comparison

Wagner

VRSF

ER
