Award winning BMW colour?

So I thought if you guys were given a chance to present BMW an award for the best exterior colour on the F30, which one would it be?

On a personal note: I liked the MG and wanted to order it but then I came across a few pics showing off the BSM with black grills and I was like: WOW!

However few days back I came across MW, now this has probably won me over. It looks stunning! To make matters worse, I came across fresh pictures of the F30 in Glacier Silver. Now this looks good too...I never liked silver but Glacier Silver is completely different.

So there are so many choices and many more like IB, Mojave, AW and MR; these are all amazing colours...

So which one deserves an award for the best F30 EXTERIOR colour?

If I went with the M Sport Package, I'd probably get the Estoril Blue II as well...but even with MW, it wouldnt look all that bad.

Specially if you got a black spoiler and black front bumper and diffuser...

I'd give the award for Melbourne Red. There are a lot of reds out there but not many metallic and none that look as good as MR without going much darker.

And as pretty as Estoril Blue is, it's actually pretty common among car companies. Subaru does a very nice version.

Well, err, yes. MG is a great colour no question!

Got to love EB though if you're going M Sport. And MW if I lived in sunnier climes!

After 6 years with a Black car I am loving my Alpine White, but...someone posted a pic of a Sportline in Silver with Saddle Brown Leather interior which looked fantastic, must have been a non-US car as I don't think that combination is available here.

I think MR is awesome. Specially once you get some black mods going on, man the car will look very impressive.

Well that's a good point. I wouldn't consider Toronto a sunny city as it rains, snows and you get foggy mornings too but I'm really liking the MW now.

I don't know why but it just clicked to me that this has gotta be my choice. I'm afraid on maintaining a white car specially after a huge snow storm and never had a white car before...

Well I guess I'm gonna have to get ready for it! I just love MW now!

Yup, glacier silver is simply awesome!

I'm sorta coming from a similar background as you. I've always had a black car and never had a white one before.

Considering that I might just go with the MW and Saddle Brown interior, scares me a bit because maintaining it will be costly...well it's all part of taking care of such a wonderful car so I guess I'm up for it...

Mineral White is beautiful. Shows nicely in all kinds of light.
I had Monaco Blue on my previous 3; the white looks much cleaner for much longer; does not show the light dirt until you get within a metre or so; with the dark blue it showed any slight dirt or even dust or even just water drops after a wash clearly. Howver, it did look absolutely great right after a wax.

Maybe a lot of companies offer a similar blue, but the vast majority of cars I see on the road and on the dealership lots are black, white, silver and different shades of gray. Those aren't even "colors" technically!

Estoril Blue is the winner with Melborne Red coming in a close second! COLORS!

Estoril Blue or a blue very close to it is offered by Subaru (WR Blue Pearl), Lexus (Ultrasonic Blue Mica), Honda (North Shore Blue Pearl), Mazda (Stormy Blue Mica), Toyota (Nautical Blue Metallic), and on and on.

Same here... After two Jet Blacks and one BSM (plus two other black cars), I'm looking forward to my Glacier Silver / Coral Red!
