Comfort Access problems 2013 328i f30

well the problem that im having is when I grab the handle it unlocks fine but when I put my finger on the ridges it will not lock and the only way that I can get it to lock is to take my key fob out of my pocket and put it close to the handle I took my car to the shop in Austin on Jan 11th and they have had it for almost a month now so far they have replaced the handle, door, actuator and area module and yet the same problem persists any ideas ???
