Does Someone Know how to disassemble this piece of the trunk jonathd ???

I want to take this piece out, but I dont know how. Can someone tell me, how to do it????

Those look like plastic clips that just hold it in... do those clips move at all? Or are those metal?

It is plastic. The clip have to move it, so that I can remove the carpet of the trunk.
