Will my BMW make it on the ship?!

My BMW is scheduled for completion on 10/1!

I just pulled the W&W schedule... and it seems like the 10/3 would be perfect! But will it make it on the ship!?!?!?!

I doubt it.. takes at lest 2 days for cars to reach port from the factory after production is complete. BMW sometimes uses K-Line to ship cars to the west coast too.

I don't see Port Hueneme on there at all, where would the destination port be in California?

Look up sailing schedule on nykroro.com my car is on a boat with this carrier. Not all cars are shipped W&W.

Edit: my car is being delivered to Hueneme in CA

For sure no.

Takes about a week from completion to get on a boat sometimes more, even more for you if you have to wait for a west coast boat.

Almost impossible that it will complete production on 10/01 and get on a ship on 10/03.

Also, I don't know if K-Line ships deliver to Port Hueneme.

Just called the number today, "Vehicle is in paint shop, expected completion is 10/2" so it looks like I definitely won't make the Glorious Leader.

once your car arrives at port, there is a wait or queue to get on a boat. i had a car earlier this year wait for 3 weeks at the port in Bremerhaven. that car took 5-7 days to transport to the port from Leipzig plant

Well did it wait 3 weeks because the next boat was 3 weeks away?

What was the boat schedule? Did it miss 2 or 3 boats during those 3 weeks?

there were several boats to east coast US before then, but my guess is that there were cars waiting in line that got to the port before me. but all in all, the car got to the dealership 7 weeks after i ordered it, so it wasn't a delayed order by any measure
