Plain old Black Sapphire F36

It's bone stock and it will likely stay that way too. I had a E92 335i 6MT for 7 years prior to this car (Black Sapphire with Coral Red). Priorities in life have changed a bit, but I have been a very happy owner of this 428i GC since August 2014. I hope you like the car and the pictures!

Nothing Plain about Black Sapphire, it's a great color and yours looks fantastic. I had it on my 335is, I went with Carbon Black on my 435GC.

Thank you for posting the picture with the car seat. Does the car seat fit in the middle? Can you fit 2 passengers + carseat in the back?

Looks great stock, but with something as simple as tinted windows it will look perfect

I don't think it is recommended to install the front facing car seats in the middle.

The hump in the middle of the back seat makes it uncomfortable for anyone to sit in the middle (with or without the car seat). With the car seat installed as shown, you can fit an average adult + a petite adult. The person in the middle isn't going to be super comfy though, so it's not ideal for daily use.

I would have tinted the windows if the car wasn't black. IMO, black exterior + ferric gray wheels + tinted windows will give the car a very dark look. Thanks for the feedback though

Adding pic of the cup holder tray

The 4GC didn't come with this cup holder tray, but it's a great place to store stuff while driving. It pops in and out easily. I think it's a $25 accessory, but my dealer threw it in upon request.

The car looks great! Enjoy it. Both of my cars are BSM with M-sport and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Wash with Chemical Guys Honey Dew snow foam. Then 1 coat of Meguiars Tech Wax 2.0 using Porter Cable. Some QD on the wheels and Advanced Auto Parts brand tire dressing. This tire shine stuff can go through rain storms and still maintain a decent shine. It's not very expensive and gives better results than anything else I have ever used.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Looks amazing. I have Sapphire Black in Westchester New York. No matter what I do it's coated with fine mist of yellowish pollen.

Thank you. I used Chemical Guys Honey Dew Snow Foam (car wash) + Meguiars Tech Wax 2.0 (wax/sealant). This stuff isn't expensive, but gives great results.

Sometimes when you see pictures of detailer's with really beautiful finishes, it is very tempting to go out and purchase a 3oz jar of some fancy wax for $80, but I have been using Tech Wax for years with great results. Even the car wash leaves a very nice shine just by itself.

No. I use their Honey Dew car wash with a foam cannon. Even without the foam cannon, this is one of the best soaps I have ever used. It is super slick and results in a glossy finish. Overall, I like their products a lot, but I do stay away from their line of really expensive and fancy products.

I use a foam cannon on my pressure washer and it works a treat. First pressure clean car quickly with no foam to dislodge any build up, then foam it and leave for 10 mins before foaming again and giving it a light sponge. Finally I apply Opticoat Instant Detailer after drying with a high quality chamois.
