Ordering 328i F30. Lease Residual 0.65?

Hi Everyone
I am just ordering a fully loaded 328i for a 30 months lease. The dealer is telling me that for 10k/year for 30 months the residual is 0.65. Is this correct.

Would really appreciate this.

I believe you are correct. Those rates are for 15000 miles per year.

adjust residual based on $.15 per mile

pretty sure, because when I was going to do 36/60000, I was only paying for 15000 extra miles. I'm at work so I cannot calculate it now, but my residual was 57.2% with 60000

How much did the payment come out to be a month....? Because I'm looking to lease the new shape 328i, but not sure about the current lease offers. Please if you could tell me so I could have an idea. Thanks a lot

depends on price....figure on 36/12 45K car to be around high 5's...

@APRAKASH Quick Question: Where did you get the grid with MF and residuals? This would be very helpful in negotiations if I could find the numbers/offers as they change monthly.

with my extra miles, etc. on a 48,000 335i with no money down or msds will be mid-700s
