The track package isn't what I thought it would be. But, the Sport Line looks standard now. I'm liking it

Am I reading it right (the first document)? HK sound is standard on the 340i? Eek. That's an issue if it is.

I fail to see how that is an issue. Care to explain?

I have audio stuff that goes in the car and it gets complicated with the fiber optical fun that comes along with the HK setup.

Ah I see. Well, who knows what 100% means on that sheet, could be some weird auto-fill issue of the form, or maybe it does mean it comes standard, but they seem to use the x for that everywhere else. If it is standard, then I hope you are up for the challenge!

It's been confirmed the H/K is standard on the 2016 340i. The Logic 7 used to be standard on the 335i up to the 2008 model year so it's nothing new.

An upgraded audio system does nothing for me. My hearing isn't that great.

A bit bummed that the 403M wheels can't be had with the M-Sport Brakes/Track Handling Package, but like the overall pricing relative to the outgoing 335i.

As Bri said, aftermarket sound improvements on the HiFi setup are easy. Not as easy with the HK

at least the standard features are starting to catch up to what should be included in this level of car, but no standard rear view camera is interesting as its required as of may 2016 for vehicle and in 100% of the fleet by may 2018. most companies are already including the, yet bmw wants $950 for one and you need navi on top of that to get the wider screen to take advantage of it. also, why isnt comfort access standard!!!! $2450 for moon roof, comfort access, LED headlights, sat, and lumbar in the premium package is crazy expensive. $1450 for leather as a standalone! what the...

With this type of pricing, a loaded up 340 can reach the M3 territories ... Interesting

Am I reading this correctly? Can you order Saddle Brown without requiring Luxury Line anymore?

So yeah a loaded up 340 is as much as an m3.....doesn't make sense to me at all. Only reason I see in getting a 3 or 4 series now is solely if I want AWD. Realistically since the M is turbo 6 now instead of na V8, makes no sense at all to me to even consider a 340 or 440 price wise. 3/4 series heavily modded may almost comes close to M performance stock, but why even bother now?

Liking the standard features on the 340. Not crazy about the wheel options, but overall, this looks pretty good.

I was under the impression that PSS were included for 18 and 19 wheel options.

Edit: Never mind. It looks looks like only with the 18 wheels. Very disappointing.

No option of sport-line but seeing sport-line cars being shown means sport-line is standard (and that it's listed under standard equipment)

Bmw going back to its roots as a company know for sports sedans? Sport seats standard now too! Happy with what I'm seeing so far, now just need to drive the new cars and see how much revamping they did.

$800 for lighting package to go from halogen to full adaptive LED on 328s...even more of a no-brainer now
