Glacier Silver 335i M-Sport

I took delivery this weekend - more to come later but a quick couple of pics attached. Loving the silver on black interior a lot more than I thought I would. Car was an in-stock model I took to get the lease written by year-end and not what I initially wanted on paper. Great car so far!

Congrats on your new M Sport ! It's the perfect colour combo !!!

I have been driving my Glacier silver M Sport for just over a month now. Each time I park it somewhere, as I walk away, I find I have to look back to admire my car. GS is stunning in all kinds of light, revealing the lines of the car to their best advantage.

Enjoy your new ride !

LOVE that you have the M-Sport brakes. I wish the colored calipers are not in the US without the brake upgrade.

This was an on-lot car, the ordered vehicle I had coming (stuck in South Africa) was with full cameras (Driver's Assist), the variable steering, and adaptive suspension. So far I'm not missing (I think) the adaptive suspension as much as I thought with the 19" wheels - ie its a smooth ride, although pretty transparent. I am not super proud to admit but I think the one thing I keep wishing this model had on it was the full cameras - with these wheels and the non-stop parallel parking I do, I have to really be careful not to curb them. The thin rubber will NOT be forgiving at all I am sure. But still super happy to find the 19" wheels on-lot. Overall very happy.

I'd love to see the interior and the brakes as well - do you have pics up??

Glacier silver is awesome on the M Sport F30. I saw one today in La Jolla going to lunch. If I didn't get EB2, I would have got this color. Great choice

Love the EB2. Trying to balance sporty with my age and work etc.,this seems to do it. EB2 with the blue calipers though: wow, love it. Or the custom blue, forgot name, it's a bit deeper - also amazing.

That's messed up man, you should've ordered one and waited 2+ months like the rest of us

Looks great, congrats. Makes me wish I didn't have a sliver car now, would've gotten GS on mine.

When reverse is engaged, your right mirror should turn down (providing your mirror adjust switch is in the Left position), giving you a view of the curb.
I find that this feature combined with the back-up mirror works well for parking.

So far, I haven't taken any pics - waiting for some sun here in cloudy, cool Vancouver.

Another bonus for Glacier silver is its relative rarity. Compared to Titanium silver, GS is creamier, perhaps a tad darker. In late afternoon light, GS looks especially rich.

Yes, the blue Brembo callipers look very good on the larger rotors, filling my car's 18" wheels nicely. It is inexplicable that this factory option ($350) is not available to the US market.

TOTALLY! (Re painted calipers unavailable!) Would love that camera regardless of mirror tilt down. We'll see, just chilling with the parking...

Looks great - love those wheels! Mine is ordered, should be in production this week or next. Mineral Gray over Coral Red, and I decided to try the 8-speed AT this time around. Also got Premium, heated seats, Dynamic Handling, M-Perf exhaust and grilles.

Wish those wheels were available in 18" - the 19s just ride too harsh for me, and as you mention, they're subject to curbing and pothole damage a little more so than the 18" variety. That glacier silver is really elegant...nice choice!

Congratulations on the new car it looks gorgeous! I'm normally not a fan of silver cars but it really shows off the lines of the car and the M-sport package really well. Hope you love it!

You can also get the M Perf suspension since you didn't get te adaptive, so will work out better for you in the end!

Does your friends E90 '09 328i have sports package or not? Is it RWD or AWD? I have Sports Package on mine and I think it is harsh sometimes, but nice to know the newer ones are a little bit softer.

To the OP, congrats! I think Silver is a good color for M Sports as it shows off the front bumper and creates contrast with the rear diffuser.

I've owned silver cars all my life and I'm starting to regret my choice of alpine white.
What a sexy looking car job well done!
