creasing in driver seat leather

any idea why the driver seat leather creases from the front right edge? my car is 9 months old and under 6500 miles and it's starting to look bad. any thoughts on care?

Are you cleaning and conditioning the leather? Im assuming no, but that should not happen with a car that only has 6K miles on it. Do you have pics? I would take it to the dealers if its really bad and see what they say.

I recommend Lexol Cleaner followed by Lexol Conditioner.

Bumping this thread. I have the same problem on both seats. I am going to try and fix it tomorrow using a heat gun. Has anyone figured anything out for this? Going to try these 2 methods tomorrow.
