Yeah I'm just wondering if it's something my dealer would take care of. Same thing happened to the emblem on my steering wheel.

You mean the fact that it's banged up? Highly doubtful. It's not their fault you keep it in your pocket with lots of other stuff. That's not even "normal" wear. That's abusive.

Off topic...but I don't even use my FOB, relying mainly on comfort access. I didn't think I would really utilize it but now I will always get this option. So convenient.

Not surprising given general condition of the key.
My keys are either in excellent or new condition. I try to have only the key in one pocket by itself. |
