JB4 Map 2 or Map 5??? Suggestions

What type of mixture do you think is appropriate on full tank? 60/40?

Does jb4 need any upgrades to run e85/ 91 mixture or can i use stock jb4?
I plan on running only jb4. Than during spring time/ after emissions, I'll add Catless dp and intake.
