ok so I pickup a 2013 328i sport line with xdrive has comfort and executive packages should I have the extra cigarette lighter socket under my glove compartment?

Yes, it is possible, however I have not done it (or investigated it too much). I have read on these forums that their dealer was able to retrofit it for them, however I do not have personal experience.

Hell, my CDN model doesn't even have an MPH gauge (only in KM's). Have to buy a silly gauge decal overlay for when I cross the border. Madness. #1stworldproblems

Code in the digital speed display? That way you can flip it to MPH when you cross the border.
