Disconnecting Battery And Coding

It has come to the time to replace the battery. Anyone know if this will undo my coding from BimmerCode and esys where I will need to recode or will it still just reset the trip meter and clock like before.
Thanks

Disconnecting the battery will not erase or change coding done in the modules. Only clock and trip meater as well as fuel consumption etc.

Reme, ber that after changing the battery, you need to regiser the new battery in ISTA-to make the power management work probberly.

Registering the battery is a necessity, ISTA isn't. Many diagnostic tools will do it, including Bimmerlink.
