Paint job repair

Hello, got the hood repainted but the paint peeled off when washing the car with a pressure washer. How hard would it be to repair this? What woukd be the correct approach to evening out the surface? Think you

The clear isn’t bonded correctly to the color coat. A spot fix won’t work and the whole panel needs a respray to properly fix.

I agree with Almond. The prep work wasn't done correctly. The panel should be repainted. If this work was done recently, I would query the paint shop that did the work.
