I mean you negotiated it down about 4K, and that figure must be right around invoice which is good.
Looks like you got a good chunk of rebates, mind sharing the breakout on those? I think putting $3,000 is silly? Maybe put down 1-2K even if it makes your payment around $350-375 with taxes. Also what is the bank fee? Never heard of this through BMW FS. Aside from those inquiries/points, I think the deal is definitely solid. |

Not sure of the bank fee either. Do you believe I can still negotiate the monthly just a bit more less?

I think most people would tell you to put the $3k cap cost reduction towards multiple security deposits instead. Will still help to get your monthly payment down (although not as much), but you get the money back at the end and there's no risk of losing it if you total the car. (Plenty of threads on lease down-payments which go into more detail.)
(MSDs: http://www.bmwconfig.com/post/2011/0...nvestment.aspx) Also, looks like you are considering the $500 loyalty turn key as part of your rebates. BMW will pay "up to $500" of your first monthly payment. So, if your payment is $3xx, then that's all you'll get. Also, there are some other conditions for this rebate... fine print here: Quote:

yes I am a current lessee and I do agree I would love the lighting package but most of the cars at my dealer that are equipped with it are a bit out of my range.

I was wondering why you went leather and moonroof without premium package but if its already built than that's fine
Like others said I would do msd's instead of down payment just because your paying an extra 30 or so a month but you get the full amount back after lease its a no brainer to me |

I am a financial Advisor and I calculated that by "loaning" BMW 3150, I saved roughly 1300 dollars off my lease, roughly a 40% return over 3 years. That return is Tax Free and the only risk is if BMW FS fails. I am comfortable with that investment. Only way I wouldnt do MSDs is if I didnt have the upfront cash. |
