Question: Have you ever come across the "DME, Tamper Protection 201101" code from doing flash tuning? My car is showing that code and it won't go away now since I had mine flashed (it's back to stock now and the code is still there) but now almost regularly I'll get a "boost pressure lower than expected 120308" cel and "BOV plausibility- ignore, tuner code 122108" along with the "DME, tamper protection 201101". I'll delete it with the jb4 but usually I'll get it once or twice while driving, or none at all if it's a short trip like 10 mins or so.

Since doing the Enzo flash in September and putting around 3,000 miles on the car I haven't had those type of issues or any error code in fact. Only thing I've ever had was a drivetrain malfunction error when I unplugged my jb4 obd wire (I unplug it for coding, I like to go directly through oem obd port) while the car was on. But that's a different issue.

Does it affect the performance? I know you're fully modded with a ton more upgrades but I wouldn't associate any of that due to larger turbo, it's definitely a ECU flash issue. How many miles or how long have you had the flash until you started encountering this?

I've had the Enzo tune for over 13k miles and haven't had any error codes. Not sure who flashed your DME but it sounds like they messed up.

It probably is a flash issue, but it's flashed back to stock so that's why I'm confused/concerned. I've put about 1500 miles on it since it was flashed,It took about a month before I ever got the tamper code, it went away but came back about 3 weeks later, went away and came back about 2 weeks later, and ever since then it just came in more and more often and now it pretty much stays, and the boost codes correlated with the tamper codes. Jb4 easily clears the codes (except tamper) but that's not a solution. Only time I get them is if I'm slightly accelerating, mainly in comfort mode. If I give the acclerator a good push, or floor it, I never have an issue. Sorry, not trying to thread jack, didn't think it would get this much attention lol.

The low boost codes to me seem like it's the DME's reaction to realizing it's been tampered with. Because if you look at a jb4 log when it happens, the DME boost target drops, and that's when it throws the low boost codes

it was happening to me when i ran pure stage one without ISO firmware on jb4, but after ISO it's better.

It's better as in it doesn't do it at all anymore? But I'm ISO and it's doing it.

If my mobile isnt connected in this beta iso the boost is 0 and shows code but with it connected i don't get codes even if i floor it from 2k rpm or cruising.

It's not JB4 related regardless if you cut the diode or not. It wasn't flashed properly (by whoever flashed it) that's my guess.

I'd call or contact Enzo and see what thy can do for you. I did a year worth of waiting, reading, patrolling forums before I pulled the trigger with confidence on a flash tuner, and Enzo has answered every call thrown at them.

Just my opinion, but I'm trouble free as are dozens of other September group purchasers wth thousands of miles logged between us.

Yea I'm convinced it's a flash issue too. I'm going to install my PI and then bring it back to them, I'm sure they can fix it. I was just gathering diff opinions to narrow down what the issue was.
