I know that there has been several threads about not getting invoice pricing on the 340 due to being new but just wanted to pass on that I have been offered invoice with minimal negotiating. I don't know if enough time has elapsed yet or it's an end of the month phenomenon. I didn't push too hard to get it lower as I thought that was reasonable and I probably wouldn't get much better.

Will be leasing for 36mo/12k. MF 0.00130, res 61%
I'm trying to see if they will also cover any potential lease turn in fees as part of the deal and they will be looking at my current 2013 335 this evening.

This will be my 3rd 3 series in a row. 2009 E90 335, 2013 F30 335. Should be the best yet. I was thinking about changing things up but just couldn't find anything I liked better or that leases as well as BMW.

Try to lock in the option of September residuals, if you can. I expect we'll see residuals slowly increase towards the end of the year in time for the annual holiday sale, but you never know.

Thanks I'll ask although when I've leased previously I've always been told I'll get the rates at time of order unless better upon delivery.

Officially ordered. They had a 340 allocation that supposedly is about to go into production. Early to mid Nov delivery expected. I'm going to an ultimate driving exp this weekend for a $1000 rebate and hoping holiday cash will be in effect by delivery so price should be $1500-$2000 better.

I'm going to lease one soon as well, but I do have a question. Say, for example, you did the UDE event and got the $1k and say holiday cash was in effect now when you made your deal. If that incentive expires before your car is delivered, you will lose the holiday cash? Can that be locked in somehow at the time of the deal?

My UDE email says I have to take delivery before Nov 30 so they seem to have an expiration. Less sure about holiday cash. I think if it's in effect when you order you can lock it in even if delivery is after it's over but I'm not positive.
