Post Any opinions about RFT's to Non Rft And wheels.

Hi Guys i have f30 lci and i want to replace my sportline wheels and tires(225/50/r17 with Pirelli centurato P7 rft). Im gonna buy replica m5 wheel(18') or style 397m but im not sure about tires.Should i buy Run flat tires? Can i use normal tires(non rft).Is this situation creates annoying problem? Rfr tires are sooo hard and uncomfortable. If answer is yes, which tires should i buy for 18' wheels. Thanks for reading.

Michelin PSS (non RFT)!

Regarding tire sizes for 18" square setup there are many options:
225/45-18, OEM size
235/45-18, 1% taller than OEM
245/45-18, 2% taller than OEM
235/40-18, 2% shorter than OEM
245/40-18, 1% shorter than OEM
255/40-18, OEM size (might rub the suspension and/or fender up front depending on offset and tire brand)

The absolute best upgrade I did was go to non run flats. You will have no issues. Do it!

if you want best handling/performance do square of 245/40/18

if you want looks stagger with 225/45/18 and 255/40/18 not 35

not sure what tire brands are available to you in turkey but the michelin pilot super sport is best

bridgestone potenza s-04 next best then the goodyear eagle f1

I have ran michelin pss and currently running continental dw extreme contract. Any max performance summer is a huge upgrade over run flat. Pss are best but I do like continental. They are getting a little noisy due to wear at 10k staggered though especially on rear.
