MORR FS77 - tire size?
So I pulled the trigger and ordered the 19" MORR FS77 in Satin black. Wanted to ask about recommended tire sizes, prefer to get MPSS!
19x8.5 et33 19x9.5 et40 245/40/19 & 275/35/19 or 235/35/19 & 265/30/19? I'm lowered on H&r sports. Last edited by Jchan112; 10-21-2014 at 12:09 PM.. |

Is there a thread on that car above, because that thing is perfect?
Is that a factory color, or just tricky photoshop?

I run several sets of 19s on mine, and although I will agree I get the feeling sometimes that they look small, they perform great in all weather conditions, and even against the holes in the road I fail to avoid. I have not lowered my car as I have a home on a large hill which the car bottoms out on sometimes, but I regularly have the trunk filled with heavy stuff, and when the car is at dropped height, the wheels look perfect. If you want to see it in person without getting the drop, just stuff 10 cases of water in the trunk from Costco LOL |

I'll be purchasing MPSS and what tire sizes would you guys recommend?
235/35 and 265/30 are the standard recommended sizes right? Id prefer to have something a little more meaty 19x8.5 et33 19x9.5 et40 |

OP, please search but looks like there may be issues with customer service regarding Morr wheels.. so depending on if that's important to you, may need to factor in your decision to go with said company. hope it's not too late to change anything, but if it is then here's wishing everything works out for you...

19's are not too small on a sport sedan. Some may prefer larger, but I'd hardly call 19's small on a mid-sized sedan or coupe. If you like the rubber band tire look, to each their own, get 20's. But 19's are not "too small."

nice... I am going with the same setup as well (H&R Sports FS77), actually just received my FS77's last week (after a long wait). My shop guy is recommending I stay conservative with the 235/35 265/30 for MPSS tire size, but i wanted the beefier look. Your research find any issues with the bigger tire combo? Morr actually recommended that I stay with the 235/35 front as I could run into rubbing issues... they did say the 275/30 would be ok though.

Edit* but their cars are 328. And kauro is running the same size but with hankooks on cf5v and looks great. How long did it take you to receive it? They honored the Presale for me because I never got a response from them and ordered mine in late oct. I've been emailing them for an ETA but not getting any response... Post up pics once you get it installed!! |

Stick with the 19" I had 20" and if you are lowering the car. You may bottom out. If you have the 19" with a decent offset you'll accomplish the lowered look without being "slammed"
