Best Waterless Wash
Looking to get some feedback on everyones experience with different waterless washes. I've always gone back to Chemical Guys, however I think it's time to try something new.
Has anyone compared the brands (Adams, Meguiar's, Griots, Chemical Guys)? Curious to hear your thoughts and opinions on mainly the waterless wash, however other products too. |

The only one I've tried is Optimum, it works so well that I've never had any reason to try anything else.

Thanks for the feedback. I drive about 80 miles a day for work and the front of the car is covered in bugs every day each way. Looking for something I can use to spot clean with microfibers. I currently use the ECO smart Chemical guys and its good, but not great. Will the ONR work well against bugs/tar? What composition of liquid/water do you use for spot cleaning?

ONR - follow direction for "lube" mixture. I use if for front of car bug removal. It works well.
I second recommending the ONR without wax. I have read Ultima is good, too. |

1. Use a strong mix of ONR and soak them before attempting to remove as suggested on the bottle. OR 2. My method of choice is to use a bug and tar remover. I tend to use Meguiar's Bug wipes. One side of the wipe is for removing the offending bugs and the other for wipe down - one pad is usually enough for a front bumper. Then you can finish off with a detailing spray or ONR. Best bug and tar remover? http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1136280 Food for thought. Install a clear bra on the front bumper then blast off bugs with a pressure washer instead? |
