Is it available on the F3x?

If it is available I'd guess it'll be like the one for the E9x 320d. Whole new ECU rather than a map, uprated intercooler, uprated fans etc. I always fancied it but never had the ££££. The few reviews over on E90Post were positive.

Holy crap, the previous E9X upgrade was nearly 1K exclusive of fitting charges. Sounds like a very costly upgrade for little 'real world' return....IHMO.

I managed to get my dealer down to £1100 including fitting. I think that taking into account the parts and labour involved plus the fact that any warranty remains intact the PPK is a good option for the 320d. And I haven't driven a car with it on but I'd imagine the power delivery is superb. OEM+ if you like. It's not all about numbers on a piece of paper.

That's very true. I guess it depends on how you drive your car, for me it's a car to take the kids to school and weekend. So it's not something that would be much use to me. IHMO 320d has ample grunt for day to day.
