Pretty good when compared to the amount of N54 issues, maybe...

Please stop with the trolling. All of your posts seem to be in a similar vein - enough.

Why are you trolling? Very bad and idiotic. None of his trouble are turbo related. And there was nothing wrong with the N54 turbos. It was the HPFP, so get your fact straight. I'm willing to bet that you don't even have a BMW.

Disclosure: Owner of a 535i xDrive N55 twin-turbo, X1 N20 twin-scroll turbo on order.

I won't classify my 2 posts as trolling, but anyway, I've said what I wanted and will stop now. Fact remains the N54 (and N55 is not trouble free either) had problems, especially here in the South African Highveld altitude. That is embarrasing for BMW, especially on an awesome award winning engine like that, VAG seems to be getting the turbo reliablilty issue under control? Why deny it? I just hope the N20 don't have the same problems, as I am a big BM fan and the F30 is an awesome vehicle and a big improvement on ride etc compared to my car. And yes, investor 27, I do actually drive a BM, look at my profile, a relatively trouble free NA E90 330i. (1 minor issue in 3 y). This is the kind of reliablilty I grew to expect from BMW, nothing less. I might call that ownership comment from you idiotic as well, but I won't. ;-)

Neither of the issues were related to the engine or the turbo in any way. The one issue was with the transmission and the other was the FEM.

I had the same thing during a high speed pass on the Stelvio Pass during my Euro Delivery. I pulled over and turned off the engine and all was fine. Now I am trying to figure out what to do next!
