Anyone else waiting on MORR to ship their wheels
I placed my order on Feb 12th and was told 4-6 weeks initially. Now they're saying it will be the end of next week before shipping. The wait is killing me ...
Anyone else in the same boat? |

Yep, i ordered 2 weeks before you and they still have not shipped. Starting to become more than a little annoying

I'm waiting. I really want aggressive wheels on my car. It's the finishing touch I'm waiting for. Kind of a bummer.

Ordered later than you guys (March 13) though. About 2 weeks ago the shop I ordered from said they were working furiously on this set of production (you guys). I think I got in on the next one unfortunately. He said his guess was that this production should be ready to ship this week or next (two weeks ago). He acted like he thought mine would be in with those but I have a feeling it won't be. I ordered from a local shop right down the road from Morr's shop. Morr's are made in Miami for the guy above who asked. They seem to be a fairly small outfit and I think they got a flood of orders when they advertised on a few forums and were overwhelmed with orders. |

Ordered April 4th/5th. Didn't do it earlier as I had my order in for the HRE P44SC. Managed to get confirmation just end of last week that my order got cancelled with HRE. So immediately ordered the MORR's.
I'm really hoping I get these by May 11th as I have a photoshoot scheduled and can't afford to go there in my winter shoes! LOL Hopefully it's only a small backlog. They've gotten a great response because of the quality product they're selling. For those waiting since before February, I'd try emailing Andy once more. He's been super responsive on my end.

Two weeks after my order I had not heard a single word so I emailed my retailer, waited a day with no response so I emailed the sales team, then PM'd Morr on this forum. Another day or two and the retailer got back with me saying he thought he'd know a definite timeline in a week but expected/hoped they'd be out for painting in under 2 weeks (that has since come and gone). The Sales team at Morr got back to me 3-4 days later saying they could not track my personal order and I should get back with the retailer (I tossed the idea of pulling my order because of the lack of responsiveness and they said the retailer was a reputable shop). I emailed the retailer 2 days ago and am still waiting on a response on where I currently stand. Their product seems top notch, but their customer service and ability to produce orders timely seems lacking. One could probably point much of this blame on the retailer who should be working with Morr for us. But Morr shouldn't be posting claims of 4 weeks when it's closer to triple that for some people (and still counting). Also, I'm annoyed that I had to put down a 50% deposit months before the wheels would arrive and not even sure when they go into production. Once again, I'm sure that's standard business practices but doesn't sit well with me given the lack of communication and no true timeline. Just seems they're over their head all in all. Guess growing pains with an increasing business, but not good for customer satisfaction. Has anyone ordered > received a set of Morr wheels in 2013? |

Luckily it was winter then but now that spring has come, I'm sure its irritating. I really dont know what to say but hope Andy get's back to us soon...
