Questions About Wheel & Tire Set Up

Good afternoon everyone. I just picked up a 2014 435i F32. I was looking into getting some new wheels & tires but wanted to get opinions before I do. Currently the wheels are stock so 8 inch wide. The tires are 225/45/18 all the way around. I'm trying to run a staggered set up. Looking to go 235/40/18 on a 8.5 inch wheel for the fronts & for the rears I was wanting to do 265/40/18 or 265/35/18 on a 9.5 inch wheel. I think the stock offset is +35. The new wheels are +30 for the 8.5 & +35 for the 9.5. Also looking at getting the H&R sport springs along with this set up. Just wondering if anyone ever ran this set up & had issues with rubbing or anything. Any help is appreciated. Thank you all.
