Grounding wire for dashcam...can I use this?

Hi all, hardwiring my dash cam to rear fuse box. Unfortunately the wire is too short to reach the bolt on the left side of the fuse box, but saw these two on the passenger sidd of the car. Can either of these be used?

I added an aux cooling fan to my EKP. I used the ground for the EKP hold down. This broke my comfort access in the same way aftermarket door projectors break comfort access. Remove the ground wire, and comfort access came back

Could you possibly cut, solder, and use shrink wrap to make your wire longer?

Any bolt or screw that contacts the metal of the body is a ground point. There's no need to ground at or near the fuse box.

This. No need to run a ground wire all the way back there. Some would even argue that the ground wire should be as short as possible. Mine gets power from the fuse box in the trunk and grounded somewhere under the glove box. Been that way for years now.

I usually run my dashcam wiring down the A pillar (carefully securing it behind the airbag), and connect the ground to a convenient screw or nut on the side of the dashboard by the door. There's usually a panel that you can pop open. Then run the positive wire and the rear cam cable under the floor trim panels under the doors to the rear of the car.

Another reason is if you ground as close as possible to the device being powered you only need to run a single conductor wire to the fuse box, making it easier to hide it behind trim.
