Lease calculation, Pls help!

Can someone please help me with the calculation. I am very bad in Mathematics and do not understand which adds where.

There is a trade-in in the picture as well. I owe bank $x, and the dealer is buying my car for $Y and paying the difference as well. He said the taxes of 7% on selling value will be subtracted from taxes on original car. So my upfront cost will be low.
