BMW assist upgrade.. weird but great side effect

Recently got my BMW assist com box thing done.... when I got my car back I noticed that my LED front turn signals (I have Xenons) no longer hyperflash. I have been wanting someone to code out the cold checks forever (3 years) and now I no longer have a need for it.. Great right? Well, I was behind a truck in the Bay Area and crap started flying from his bed onto my car cracking my headlight among other damages. Will BMW have to reflash anything when I get my new headlight? I don't want them to hyperflash again. Thanks for any info/advice.
