Very few of the old staff from a year ago appear to still be at Kuni. I don't know if the sale of the Kuni Dealerships is why or not. I like Mike quite a bit, but during the process of buying my current car, a few of the problems were caused by his failure to actually read two emails I sent (he responded to them, but didn't get the point both times...and neither email was longer than a paragraph). I don't think he's fond of working the way some of us do in the "new world".
Anyway, I don't have a ton of choice due to location, but I doubt another new BMW will happen in 2019. I was questing for a good, quick, relatively comfortable, AWD car when I went to BMW, and I have that in my current car. If I change out this car, it will have to be in pursuit of a new quest. |

The guys at Kuni started yelling at my dad for "wasting his time" when he decided not to go through with ordering an E92 M3 back in 2011...All because my dad realized he wanted the new F10 550i instead, but the sales advisor obviously missed that part. Ended up ordering through BMW Northwest, which was a much better decision. Servicing through BMW Portland, as they're definitely the better option over Kuni. Would never go back.
