Added pedal covers to gas/brake so they better match the dead pedal. Swapped out door puddle lights for emblem projectors. Pretty pleased for all that less than $40.

Look good, I don't think they come out too far. Gonna have to keep them clean... although that's not an issue for you... you should open a coffee house & car wash

I think they look good. Maybe borderline...but still good! Definitely no further.

How do you clean them? I'm having a hell of a time getting all the buildup off of mine after winter. I tried just attacking them with #0000 steel wool but it's not getting it all.

Thanks brother - yeah sounds like a good business opportunity but relying on the coffee house only in the winter may not be promising!

Lol...I had a guy walk by my house today ask me why I wash my car 3 times a week, its never dirty to begin with he said.

It take ones good clean and then just a matter of wiping them down every couple days.

My initial scrub (as I bought mine used and the tips were black sludge) was some good wrist time and degreaser + scotchbrite pad. Not unlike your steel wool product.

Welcome to the pedal club by the way, best $25 sent ever.

Someone recommended NanoSkin IronFree for wheels and exhaust issues this week. Supposedly needs only a little agitation.

Actually the recommended for entire car.

Curious if anyone else had tried it.

Little does he know. I get that. I'm not cleaning as often... but I do like a clean car!

My sunroof, windshield, and back glass was severely water spotted. Must have been caught in some acid rain or something.

I tried glass cleaner, glass wax, auto wax and who knows what else. Nothing worked to remove the spots. Then she said "why don't you try vinegar, that's what I use." So I soaked the glass with the white vinegar and wiped with a paper towel, and it cleaned the glass right up.

I went the cheap way with my OCD.

Spent so much money on parts to replace my no-line suspension components that I want to puke!

Wish they were installed now. Should be 40-50% stiffer and 3/4-1" lower than it is now.

Added the caliper spring clips with the logo today.

I can't believe how fast my rotors rusted after I washed it. They were rusting right before my very eyes !!

Replaced my engine belt tensioner and made another DIY.

Suggest taking a look at your own, seems like a few people have noticed their own going.

Did you have to remove the outer pads to install these?

No you don't...I popped those on and off pretty easily when I painted my calipers last week. Just need a little leverage with a flat head screwdriver.
