Dent and Scratch

These are very minor but Im just OCD about it. First the scratch/peel after installing my M perf grilles, I ordered this and hope to fix it myself. Is there anything I should know before I do this fix myself? http://www.ebay.com/itm/400385738906...84.m1423.l2649

Below the first image is the dent in my bumper after installing the reflectors. Its very minor and small but is there any quick fix to that also?

If you don't mind me asking, how did you cause the ripple near the reflectors? There's really not much you can do to fix something on a crease like that.

For the truth, im not really sure. I didnt notice is 3 days after installing. It must of been from the flat head scewdriver i used to pry it from the bumper.

I fixed the chipped paint, would rubbing compound help smooth it out with my car's paint?

I say don't try to fix it. You may make it worse. That's my experience at least...

Don't fix the dent or don't try to use rubbing compound to blend the paint?

Either. I've tried to fix the paint myself and it did not turn out good, shoulda left well enough alone. The dent can be taken out by any professional, I'm always amazed when it's fixed.
