I've been debating on picking one up and doing a catless dp. I may just pull the trigger.

I installed my Catless DP last week and got a check engine light a few days later. I installed my catsim a few days ago and didn't clear the code to see if it would go away. On my drive home tonight the CEL is gone

It was pretty easy. Cut one wire on the o2 sensor and posi-tap two more.

See I installed mine on the harness side and then had my mechanic solder the wires in place
I was debating which side to go off of. I decided o2 because I can take it off and throw the o2 sensor away and no one would know it was there.

The black catsim wire goes to the grey o2 wire, red wire to red wire, white from catsim goes to black o2 on the o2 side, yellow from catsim goes to black o2 on the harness side.

Thanks all for the pictures. Think I am going to purchase this now since you can can cut the wire on the O2 side. I did not want to splice the harness side of the wire.

Are you posi-taping all of them? Which wire did you cut? Are you posi-taping the yellow wire from the Catsim to the black wire on the O2 harness side?

You cut only the black wire on your o2 sensor. Here is the picture from catsim's instructions.

Then, tap the red to red and catsim's black wire to the o2 sensor's grey wire.

Law says NOTHING about smell. You could be spitting flames out, but if the computer passes you, youre good.

Plus the $10/hr techs there dont get paid enough to dig into why E40 is dripping out of your pipes.

I ordered my I02 v3.1 catsim over three weeks ago from ******.ca and I still haven't received any tracking/shipping info even though paypal has already charged my card. Did anyone else have issues ordering or have a direct contact to the vendor?

Mine came within a week or two. I have since gone back and forth with someone named Len and he seems to reply in a timely manner. His email is support@area 7 4 . c a (no spaces)

Everything looks ready/complete? Are you talking about "heated catalyst" and "secondary air"? I don't think those apply for your vehicle.

The 4 wire. It is the lower o2 sensor.
