F30 335i M Performance Exhaust Install DIY (with Exhaust Clips)

I have the same black tips currently which I prefer, and the new MPE (328i) has the chrome M tips. I have read that the sport line black tips will not fit on the MPE. I plan to paint the MPE tips black.

No they will not fit MPE. The mpe uses a wider tip design.

Thanks for confirming. I will use some gloss black VHT spray paint on the MPE chrome tips.

I think they come off with a jam nut, try powder coating them.
