Keep yall posted.
It has been about a little over 2 weeks since my issue occurred. I plugged it back in. I have this theory that it might have been a auto start stop issue. I forgot to mention it happened after leaving from a stop light with the auto stop mechanism on. Since, then I have had that setting turned off. Runs fine through all boost settings.

I put mine on a month ago with a new afe intake and h&r lowering springs at the same time and I honestly am fine/done modifying the car after all that. I didn't want to go with any other tuners because I didn't want to mess with any maps or put a downpipe on. It sounds like some people's car just turn into a hunk of shit after doing all that stuff to it. I'd suggest this to anyone that wants a little bump in power, it made my afe intake sound louder and my dv sounds different. Instead of pssshhhh it sounds like pewwww. 😂😂😂

Theoretically there should be no performance difference between this and the BMS Stage 1?? Assuming both are running at +3PSI and same gas.

Trying to decide on which one to go with, it seems like installation and UI are the only major differences.

So if limp mode happens you just unplug the device and the car is fine?

Note that in the runs bateau completed he was running 92 oct gas, so wisely he ran the car with the Sport+ setting on the Dinan module. If you have access to 93 oct gas and or a good octane booster you could run it in Race mode and get even better performance.

Well my plans for installing tune this weekend are on hold. I have a miss and dealer tech couldn't isolate it. I don't want to throw a tune into the mix before that's figured out.

From my googling it appears most people are installing this horizontally which is the exact opposite of what the instructions say:

"It is best to orient the module vertically, with the wiring pointing downward."

But the image Dinan is using kind of makes you think it is supposed to be mounted horizontally:

Can someone explain how this app works? Since there is no documentation I'd kind of like to know if I'm doing things correctly!

Turn the bottom button on to adjust your psi. Turn the top button on for boost gauge that doesn't work very well.

Yeah I figured that way how it should work but the boost gauge doesn't seem to work well like you said. Hopefully Dinan can address a couple issues with the app:

1 - How about highlighting the box around which mode you are in. (I know you can refresh to see boost level but this is kind of bush league way to check IMO.)

2 - Fix the boost gauge!

3 - Would it kill the developer to include some basic app instructions?

I always leave mine in sport+ just so the car is use to it.

Maybe I missed it, but if you do this will the car get the extra boost even if you're in Eco mode?

I want to test the Dinan.
I was running RaceChip ultimate, now stock.
Readings on my toque pro app are 238hp and 248TQ.
Normal readings are 220hp and 230TQ.
Lets see if Dinan makes some changes.

Anyone else have issues with a dead unit? Had to ship mine back for RMA and currently waiting for a replacement.
